National Socially and Educationally Backwad commission

National Socially and Educationally Backwad commission	123rd constitutional amendment of constitution has proposed National commission for backward classes. (Art 338B). Originally constitution of India under art 340 has recommended for the creation of commission for backward classes.

Suggestions	like in Niti Ayog, where all state chief ministers are members - all chairmen of state BC Commissions should be made members of NBC development
